In fact, domain name is the name of your website URL. Having an appropriate domain name is good for your online business. As you can know, domain name identify your website, products, and services. For example, www.hotmail.com identify that your website is about mail. The rank of website is essential for your Internet business because good rank make many consumers interesting your products. I will show how to choose a domain name that appropriate and inappropriate to your business.

Firstly, set domain name by using your band name. According to the website About.com(2010), it mention what is your products or services. This trick are popular in big company such as Nike, and Sony. Secondly, consider the length of your domain name(Posey, n.d.). There is something between short and long domain name. short domain name is easy to remember. In other hand, Long domain name is clear and easy to understand about what king of products that you want to sell. According to the text on the website About.com,“you can use up to 67 characters” (Posey, n.d.) Moreover, it seems to be crazy. Thirdly, using hyphens in domain name, it has both sides of advantage and disadvantage. Advantage is easy to distinguish. However, the disadvantage is people who open your website usually forget the hyphens. Fourthly, top level domains, every website has a domain name extension such as .net, .com, and .biz . In addition, .gov is government website. According to the text, almost of people want to use .com for their domain name.

Doing the Internet business also need the good strategies because good strategies make your business go right ways. Now, I will show you some strategies of doing Internet business. According to the website About.com, there are 4 important ways but, I will show only 2 important ways.

Firstly, the motivation of doing Internet business, that is make people believe that they can earn a lot of money from this type of business. So, if people trust that they can, the motivation will be mainspring of their business. Moreover, “Another attractive sales line of starting an online business is the use of the words "fully automated" ”. (Minnaar, n.d.) . That mean the owner doesn’t have to do a lot of work [the system will make money for you automatically]. However, Internet business has to use much time to grow. The owner must have an attempt and a tolerance.

Secondly, treat your online business like any other; owner should concentrate their online business. Do not look it like a hobby [conceive as a regular job]. Many people do the online business while working on a regular job. Almost of them is disappointment with their online business. In addition, the components of online business are tracking, cash flow management, and product testing etc. By the way, according to the text, the most important things are time management and cash management

To conclude, there are other advantageous things that can make you to be success in the online business. The two things that I showed you are the most important things from my opinion. People who like to do this kind of business should have tolerance.

According to the last blog, doing the internet business must have a good website. The design of the website should also be a good style. There must have an expert people that well know about the website and how to create a website. So, how to choose the expert and how to get the rewarding designer.

Firstly, a lot of designers give things that another can’t give so, most people think that choosing the designer by looking for their experience is the best way but, it isn’t. A lot of new designers give things that another can’t give. Old designers usually do the same pattern work. The works are exactly the same because they adhere to the works in the past. In the other hand, new designers might know only in the theory but can’t do.

Secondly, looking from their portfolios can help you easier to determine. Make sure that he/she did a good job in their work. In addition, there are many factors that owner should think of. The next factor is asking to previously consumers of them to supporting judgment.

In my view, good website makes many feedbacks to the owner so, choosing a good designer is important to the Internet business. Because, the website is the honour[face] of the company. Moreover, the website is the first source that consumer know you so, it will be great if your website is look good.

Secrets of Leadership Success

How to be a leadership? All most of leaders are not expert so, what are the good attributes that the leaders must have. One of the attributes is nature or good habit. Having a good habit promote the reliance form the subordinates. The combination of the nature and leader skill produces a good leadership style. In addition, a leadership is different form management and supervision. So, what are differences?

Firstly, supervision means to take care some things to be in the direction. The things that show the successful is the feedback from the subordinates. Secondly, according to the text, “Management means to conduct the affairs of business, to have work under control and to provide direction, to guide other employees, to administer and organize work processes and systems, and to handle problems.” (Heathfield, n.d.). To making a good group work conduct a good relationship between the leader and the subordinates. I like to show you a good quote of the person name Werren Bennis that is “Managers are people who do things right, while leaders are people who do the right thing.” (Heathfield, n.d.). That is the word with the good meaning and viewpoint.

According to the text, good leaders are not many because it consists of skills, personality, and ambition. There are three ways how people become a leader. First, the trait theory means the characteristic of a leader will show automatically. Second, the great events theory means crisis make a leader. Third, the transformational leadership theory mean a normal person is changed to a leader by attempt.

In my point of view, having good characteristics of leader make people successful because it make the dependence from subordinates. So, if people give dependence to the other people, it makes a good relationship between those people and can produce good works.

How to Innovate in Business?

Why the Innovation so important to business? There are some people who doing the business not even know what is so important. Big companies such as Apple, Toyota, and Samsung always give precedence to the innovation. Apple developed the I-Phone, I-Pad, and Mac Book Pro. If your company doesn’t develop, so how your company can get bigger.

However, If the innovation is so essential why many companies concentrate to obstruct other companies catch their consumers. Because, they only know how to encourage their company but, don’t know how to advance new products.

To concentrate on killing the other companies is not the right way to doing the business. According to the text page 1, there is the person name Carol. “Carol runs a small family business. She is very good. She knows what she is doing and is able to tell everyone else specifically what to do too.” (Reh, n.d.). By the end, her business was going downhill because she concentrated only how to keep her consumer in her hand. When the employees told her to create new products, she always complains her employees. So, the proprietor should listen to the employees though because every people have different ideas, experience, education, and background.

Conversely, giving precedence to the employees makes your company getting better. According to the text page 2, “Valerie has her hands full. Her little company has been growing so quickly that it's hard to keep up. There are a lot of new employees who need to be trained in how the company does things.” (Reh, n.d.) cause of she gave the freedom to her employees to make a mistake[create new goods].

So, why one company fail while the other company succeed? Because, the success company think in a different ways. The owner gave the employees show their ideas and represent their best skill. In my opinion, owner must give the subordinates a freedom to do their work and show what they think so; they will give you a yield.
